Candidates make their case in debate to succeed Sen. Feinstein

Three Democrats and one Republican clashed Monday on the debate stage as the race for California's U.S. Senate seat heats up. The candidates made their case to fill a rare vacancy, for the seat once held by late U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein.
