ATM dragged down the road by van in Oakland theft

The Oakland Police Department has made an arrest in the theft of an ATM not far from the In-N-Out in Oakland that is set to close soon. Video posted to social media shows the ATM tied to the back of a van being dragged down Hegenberger Road. Police said the machine was removed from a nearby Bank of America on Sunday. Police said they believe there are additional suspects.
