Congressional Race: Joe Simitian's bid for Rep. Eshoo's seat

In this 3-part series, KTVU's "The Four" features conversations with three of the frontrunners vying for South Bay Rep. Anna Eshoo's congressional seat. Eleven candidates are running to fill her seat, which represents a district covering parts of Santa Clara and San Mateo counties. Rep. Eshoo is retiring after serving more than 30 years in congress and has endorsed current Santa Clara County Supervisor Joe Simitian. Simitian has served on the Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors since 2012 and is also a former state legislator. (Part 1 of interview)
