Floats get finishing touches ahead of SF Chinese New Year Parade

With San Francisco's Chinese New Year Parade less than 24 hours away, floats are getting the finishing touches as the city prepares to welcome hundreds of thousands of people. Also, the community gathered for the Miss Chinatown USA pageant.
