As many business owners faced uncertainty during the pandemic, a local entrepreneur lost everything when the world shut down. Now, Omar Bashir has a new business venture, and it's leaving behind a green impact. KTVU spoke with Bashir about his mobile barbershop, "Off the Cutt".
