Congress moving forward on measure to ban TikTok

Congress could move forward on a measure this week that could end up banning TikTok in the United States. The legislation would force TikTok's parent company, China-based ByteDance, to sell the site or face a ban nationwide. Tech journalist Shibani Joshi joined us live on The Nine for more insight.
