California law requires bars to provide drug test strips

A new California law aimed at preventing sexual assault and the use of date rape drugs at bars and nightclubs goes into effect this summer. The law requires them to provide test strips and to post signs that warn about drink spiking. The test strips show if there's GBH or ketamine in your drink.
