San Anselmo man arrested in hospital after having grand mal seizure

While at MarinHealth Medical Center in Greenbrae, two Central Marin Police Authority officers tell Bruce Frankel of San Anselmo that he is under arrest and handcuff him to his bed. Later, a police officer escorts him out of the hospital and takes him to Marin County Jail.
