Candidate in Berkeley special election facing sexual assault allegations

A special election is underway in Berkeley tonight to replace former District 7 city councilmember Rigel Robinson, who resigned in January. Two U.C. Berkeley students are squaring off in the race and one of them is facing allegations of sexual assault.
