Nasa makes major announcement regarding future missions ahead of Earth Day

Nasa announced six new airborne missions that will help scientists interpret what current satellites are seeing from space. Some of the missions include studying clouds created by fire, and the impact they may have on our climate. Other missions include studying urban air pollution, and agricultural emissions. Nasa's Earth Science division director, Karen St. Germain, joins Mornings on 2 to share her insight into these upcoming missions.
