San Francisco mayor talks about decline in tents, homeless encampments

New data shows there has been a significant drop in the number of tents and homeless encampments on the streets of San Francisco. We spoke with Mayor London Breed on 'The Nine,' who says outreach efforts and expanded shelter options have played a key role for addressing homelessness in the city.
