Berkeley superintendent testifies before Congress on antisemitism

Berkeley's superintendent of schools testified before a Congressional hearing on antisemitism Wednesday after the district was accused of poorly handling cases of bullying and harassment of Jewish students since the Hamas attack on Israel.
