Water safety comes into focus ahead of Memorial Day weekend

A new CDC report is reminding us about the importance of water safety ahead of Memorial Day weekend. The CDC says that the number of drowning deaths are on the rise. From 2020 to 2022, more than 4,500 people drowned on average each year. That's 500 more per year compared to 2019.
