Scott Peterson back in court to seek DNA testing to clear name

Convicted killer Scott Peterson will once again go before a judge via Zoom on Wednesday as his attorneys with the Los Angeles Innocence Project argue for DNA testing to help prove their client didn't kill his pregnant wife.
