Median home prices hits above $2 million in two Bay Area counties
The median home price is now $2 million in two Bay Area counties. In Santa Clara County, the average home price hit a record-high, reaching $2 million for the first time last month. In San Mateo County, the median price was $2.15 million, which is down from its peak of $2.4 million two years ago, but up 9% from last year.
