Preventing overdose deaths among young

A hospital in the South Bay is bracing for an increase in overdoses by young people over the summer and is ramping up a program that's meant to prevent fentanyl overdoses and treat opioid addiction. Santa Clara Valley Medical Center is the only hospital on the west coast offering an in-patient detox and treatment program for those who are 20 years old or younger.
