San Pablo Police deploys special unit to help the homeless

San Pablo Police partners with nonprofits such as Arthur Jean Safe Space to help the homeless. Despite a recent U.S Supreme Court ruling making it legal for cities to take down homeless encampments, this police department says it focuses on compassion, not crackdown and it has worked.
