Quick action from alert citizen and Vallejo police recover nonprofit's stolen van that was torched
A van belonging to a youth flag football league in Vallejo was stolen Wednesday morning. But thanks to an alert citizen and quick response from Vallejo Police, it was located a few hours later. Police say the thieves were caught in the act of torching the van. Two thieves were arrested. The van's logo wrap was damaged but the vehicle is still operational.
