Subtropical clouds and cooler temps. expected for the afternoon

Despite the cooling the trend, a Heat Advisory continues today for the Santa Clara Valley, Inner East Bay and interior North Bay Mountains. While low clouds have returned to the bay area, subtropical clouds are also joining us.
