Cooler pattern is here to stay

Low clouds should blanket most of the area Sunday morning. Partly sunny skies are expected during the afternoon. The extreme heat is now history. Highs should range from the mid 60s near the coast to the low 90s inland. The cooling trend lingers into early next week.
