Mother blames father for 3-year-old's death

The San Jose Police Department on Tuesday named the father of the 3-year-old girl who was found dead at a recycling facility as a suspect in her death. The father died by suicide. We also hear from the child's mother who blames the father for her daughter's death and the concerns she had about shared custody.
