San Francisco's Saks Fifth Avenue shifting to appointment-only shopping

Saks Fifth Avenue in San Francisco's Union Square will shift to appointment-based shopping only next month. Starting on Aug. 28, shoppers will no longer be able to walk into the store to shop.
