Memorial service for fallen Vacaville police officer

Dozens of police vehicles and community members joined for the procession. Officer Matthew Bowen will be laid to rest today. Officer Bowen was killed by a driver who was allegedly under the influence of drugs, police say. That suspect has now been charged with murder.
