Group 'Empower Oakland' launches effort to educate voters ahead of Election Day

A group of Oakland residents, led by former mayoral candidate Loren Taylor, is on a mission to educate voters on top city issues and elected leaders, so voters can make informed decisions at the ballot box this November.
