How will Newsom's order to clear homeless encampments play out in San Francisco?

Gov. Gavin Newsom is putting pressure on cities and counties to clear the streets after issuing an executive order on homeless encampments on Thursday. In San Francisco, the mayor said she already had plans for a sweep of encampments in August, but now she's hoping it becomes so uncomfortable to be homeless that people accept services the city has to offer.
