Fallout from Oakland bookstore fire displaces residents, raises small business billing and insurance concerns

Neighbors try to show support as residents and businesses face big challenges following the fire that destroyed the East Bay Booksellers store Tuesday in Oakland Rockridge neighborhood. One business owner says she's reluctant to submit a claim to her insurance agency after she says multiple claims from thieves' break-ins pushed her insurance rates up from $9,000 to $27,000 per year.
