Oaklanders rally for Harris Friday as majority of Democrat delegates give her their virtual vote

A rally in Oakland's Preservation Park brought supporters of Vice President Kamala Harris together as she gets a majority needed to become the Democratic Party's presidential nominee in virtual vote Friday.
