Bay Area lawmakers push for bill to expedite temporary homes

California leaders, including State Senator Josh Becker of Menlo Park and San Jose Mayor Matt Mahan, stood in front of the steps of the state Capitol, promoting Senate Bill 1395, the Interim Housing Act.
