New round of Gaza cease-fire talks in Doha

Diplomats from the United States, Qatar and Egypt are holding talks on the cease-fire and hostage negotiations between Israel and Hamas in Doha. Israel sent high-level negotiators, but Hamas is not in attendance. The talks come as more than 40,000 people have died in Gaza since the war began last year.
