Victims' family says an altercation over a blocked driveway led to shooting that killed 2 and injured 2 in Oakland

The family of two sisters shot over the weekend in Oakland say they were among 4 victims of senseless gun violence. One sister died at the scene and the other underwent surgery Tuesday afternoon.
