SF continues using 'First Thursdays' as way to revive city

For the fifth time this year, San Francisco held a monthly block party known as "First Thursdays." The five-hour event attracts musicians, artists, the working class and residents to downtown.. Food stations and stages are set up along 2nd Street, from Market to Howard.
