BART tickets transformed into dresses by students for fashion show

Inside a room at the Oakland School for the Arts, a transformation is taking place, as students turn thousands of old BART paper tickets into inspired fashion creations. It all ends in a fashion show called - Project Doneway - held at Rockridge BART station, Sept. 14.
