Surveillance video of woman suspected of stealing 3 pet goats in Santa Rosa

A Santa Rosa man says he returned home from work to find 3 of his pet goats stolen. Surveillance video shows a woman using the man's hay to lure the animals. He is asking for help in getting them back.
