South Bay union demands accountability, change inside beleaguered DFCS

About 40 union members who are also employees of the Santa Clara County Dept. of Family & Children's Services attended the Board of Supervisors meeting, on Tuesday, and demanded elected leaders hold executives at the beleaguered department accountable for implementing state-mandated changes.
