Majority of Americans have anxiety about election, study finds

According to the American Psychiatric Association, nearly 3 in 4 adults nationwide say they feel anxious about the 2024 presidential election. As we mark Mental Health Awareness Week, Dr. Supria Gill, a behavioral psychologist with Kaiser Permanente, joined us on 'The Nine' to share strategies for managing anxiety, depression and stress.
