Voters to decide on new minimum wage law

California voters will soon decide whether to raise the state's minimum wage to $18 an hour. If approved, Proposition 32 would first increase the current $16 wage to $17 for the rest of the year, then raise it to $18 starting in January. Michael Reich, chair of UC Berkeley's Center on Wage and Employment Dynamics, joined us on 'The Nine' to discuss the potential impact on businesses and how it could boost the economy.
