Man freed from prison after red tape complicates early release

Carlos Harris, who spent 20 years behind bars for a crime he maintains he had nothing to do with was released from prison Tuesday. But his release didn't come without complications and disappointment. When a judge took five years off his sentence, he remained in jail for days because the county had to process his release.
