The Salvation Army Bell Ringers spread joy

It's that time of year again and the familiar sound of the Salvation Army bell means the season of giving is here. Volunteers are spreading holiday cheer and hope one ring at a time. But those bells go way beyond the ability to give thanks to the Salvation Army. Captain Chris Wikle, Corps officer for the Salvation Army Francisco, joined us on 'The Nine'.
