Storm causes isolated power outages across the Bay Area

There have been several downed trees, flooded roads, isolated power outages, all throughout the Bay area. But despite heavy rain and high winds, especially up in the North Bay, very few neighborhoods actually lost power during the first day of the storm. Tamar Sarkissian from PG&E joined us on 'The Nine' to explain what the utility company is doing to make sure the power stays on.
