Video shows man attack, beat child at Hayward middle school

Surveillance video given to Fox 2 shows a man attack and pummel a child inside a Hayward Middle School. Police in that city say Julies Monroe was arrested Dec. 11 and charged with misdemeanor assault in the crime.
