Wrapping up the year with high clouds

Fog and rain will not interfere with NYE festivities. We are expecting more high clouds Tuesday evening. Plan on another round of cold temperatures overnight. Lows should range from the mid 30s to the upper 40s. Partly to mostly cloudy skies are expected January 1. We are tracking another system that will boost rain chances by Friday. Happy New Year! -Mark
