SF reflects on security concerns raised by New Orleans New Year's terror attack

At Union Square on New Year's Day, crowds of people came to celebrate the new year and the last night of Hanukkah. Many people thought of the attack in New Orleans earlier in the day and public safety experts reflected on the Bay Area's preparedness to prevent such attacks.
