Growing up in the digital age documentary that came out in 2016, but was recently updated with a raw and insightful look at how screens are shaping kids and what parents can do to help them find balance. Doctor Delaney Ruston, the documentary's filmmaker and primary care physician joined us on 'the Nine' to talk about it.
