San Francisco's iconic eatery Turtle Tower hosts soft opening
San Francisco's beloved Turtle Tower, which closed its doors in 2023, has made a grand return to the city. It's hosted a soft opening at its new location in the Financial District this weekend. There has been a steady line out the door, and its chicken pho remains one of its most popular dishes. The original Turtle Tower, opened in 1999 by Steven Thang Pham and his family, quickly became a San Francisco staple. The Phams teamed up with new management partners to reopen the restaurant and preserve its legacy.
