San Francisco honors Wong Kim Ark's Supreme Court victory on birthright citizenship - 127 years later

The ceremony in San Francisco's Chinatown marked the 127th anniversary of Won'g's U.S. Supreme Court victory in 1898, upholding birthright citizenship for children of immigrants.
