Cool to mild Wednesday

The clouds return Wednesday morning. Spotty drizzle could return to the coast and bay. The clouds will be decreasing during the afternoon. A potentially unstable atmosphere will boost thunderstorm chances just outside of the Bay Area. We are expecting warmer temperatures by the weekend.
