It's one of the most joyful and vulnerable times in a woman's life, but for Black women in particular, pregnancy still carries a much higher risk of complications, and even death. Dr. Erica Canales, the medical director of perinatal services at Kaiser Permanente, joined us on 'The Nine' to discuss the disparities and explore solutions, as we mark Black Maternal Health Week.
