SAN FRANCISCO: SF City Attorney cracks down on Justin Bieber graffiti

San Francisco City Attorney Dennis Herrera is demanding the full cooperation of recording artist Justin Bieber’s record label and distribution company to identify and punish those responsible for a marketing campaign.
