SAN FRANCISCO: Suspect arrested, ID'd in Twin Peaks double homicide

Police today confirmed that a suspect in a San Francisco shooting on Valentine's Day that left two people dead and another seriously injured early Sunday was previously involved in a Richmond crash with an AC Transit bus that injured nearly a dozen people.
