Chief Suhr resigns after police kill female auto-theft suspect

San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee accepted SFPD Chief Suhr's resignation on Thursday and announced his interim replacement after the department has been maligned by scandal of racism and a recent series of deadly and questionable shootings.
